Meet Carole — the heart, hands, and happy soul behind CaraBella's. I've been baking here in Myrtle Beach for about four years now, but my love for it goes back a whole lot further. Both my mother and my grandmother were wonderful bakers, and I'm pretty sure I inherited that love straight from them.
Nothing makes me happier than being in the kitchen, preparing a beautiful dessert… well, except maybe singing in a rock band and painting wine glasses. I have a lot of interests! But truly — baking is my happy place.
Every cake, pie, and cheesecake is hand-crafted, made-to-order, and finished with a flourish only a true artist can deliver. If it's sweet, decadent, and utterly unforgettable — it's a CaraBella.

"I've recently had two of CaraBella's Decadent Desserts! The first was White Chocolate Cake with Toasted Coconut Frosting — oh my goodness! The cake is light and moist and the frosting is really delicious. The topping of crunchy coconut with a drizzle of chocolate and thinly sliced almonds is the absolute best. The other is the Pecan Pie Cookie Bars — picture a little chunk of pecan pie you can pick up without getting goo on your fingers. Thick shortbread crust, sweet semi-sticky goo, and plenty of crunchy pecans. I intended to make them last a few days, but before I knew it, they were all gone!"
